Kathy Lyon is Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Mortgage Capital Partners. She has been a mortgage lender for more than 15 years and is committed to delivering an outstanding level of service with her hands-on approach to every loan. Kathy’s mortgage knowledge expedites the purchase and refinance loan processes with specialties that include FHA, jumbo, conforming and reverse mortgages, with an eye towards current lending trends. She is licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate, and is a graduate of UC Irvine. Kathy lives in Redondo Beach with her husband and their twin girls.
